this week im gona do a 5day food/alchohol diary to see how tubs i really am :(
MONDAY:
breakfast: Lamb sandwich on vogels granary bread with butter and mustard, glass of milk.
late lunch: scampi with home made chunky chips and lettuce
dinner: slab of lasagna
pudding: gooseberry crumble with a tiny bit of clotted cream and ice cream :(
exersise = none
so yeah today was shit, lets see how tuesday goes! |

i think 4 day passes have sold out, but who cares the fisrt night aint shit anyway last year it was just sissor sisters so 3 day ickets it is...unless im wrong
flights are still £100 quid if you book soon
ive found a 6 man and an 8 man apartment in BENICASSIM wich are still not booked, if were gona do this lets do it now......?????

the other day i had people round... to cut a long story short it ended up in me sam maders and luther doing loads of k now i have vauge memories of laughing at luther but the i tripped out hard in the weirdest khole ive ever had,,,ANYWAY
while i was kholin so was luther and potsie an maders made a film of him..
